Henry Ford wanted to make a car but he did not have the material for the car and also did not have much budget. Then the idea of making a geared cart like a horse cart was thought of and work was done.
It took three years to start the car like a horse carriage. Which was named quadricycle, which was a four-wheeler that ran on ethanol. It had only two gears to go forward only. Similarly, Henry Ford kept making different types of such cars. The car was sold the third time for $200. Every time we were improving the car model.
The rich had cars but they wanted to make cheap cars for the poor people. A case was filed against him regarding this vehicle, he lost in 1909, then fought the case again and won the case in 1911. Henry Ford did not stop even after many failures.

Henry Ford was born on July 30, 1863 in Greenfield Township, Michigan state of America. Henry’s father William Ford was a farmer and mother Mary Ford a housewife.
Ford had a passion for machines since childhood. Despite his father’s refusal, Ford used to quietly repair machines at night. Ford was known among his neighbors as the βWatch Repairman.β Ford’s father wanted him to help him in farming, but since childhood he had a special attachment towards machines, due to which he left home at the age of 16 and went to Detroit.
Working as an intern in Detroit
After reaching Detroit, Ford βJames F. Became an apprentice in Flower and Brothersβ company. After working there for a few months, he started working as an apprentice in βDetroit Dry Dock Companyβ. Although, his salary was not that much at that time but his inclination towards his work never allowed him to stay away from this work. Let us tell you that to make up for the lack of money, he started repairing watches at night. Due to which he earned two dollars more every week.
Let us tell you that due to his interest in machines, he worked in many other companies and when he completely learned all the nuances, he returned back to No Green Field. Henry Ford started 5 businesses but he was not successful in any of them. Despite so many failures, Henry did not give up and continued trying.
First car made in 1893
Let us tell you that Ford started working at Detroit Edison Electric Company in the year 1890 and made the first petrol-powered car in the year 1893. The speed of this car was 25 miles per hour. In 1893, he started making another car and in 1899, he left the job of the Electric Company and established the Detroit Auto Mobile Company.
Beginning of making racing cars
After leaving the company in 1899, Ford began making racing cars. Cars made by Ford ran on race tracks and not only that, they also won. Just after this Ford’s life changed completely. Ford’s name had become quite famous due to the success of the cars participating in the race, due to which Ford Motor Company was established in the year 1903.
In the first year, Ford Motor Company manufactured 1,708 vehicles with two cylinders and eight horse power. Ford’s cars got a very good response in the market, due to which the company earned huge profits. In the second year, Ford sold 5000 cars, after which they never looked back. Ford became the president of this company and removed all the shareholders and became the sole owner of this company.
Ford had only one objective to provide people with a car that was light, fast, strong but affordable so that everyone could buy their cars and keeping all these things in mind, they had to create a new car.
Henry Ford became very popular after making the car because the car was quite cheap and durable.
To achieve success in this, he adopted the principles of standardization of machine parts, progressive assembly, wide sales and paying high wages. During all this, Ford not only made race cars but also made tractors for farming.
